TM65 calculation method
Level 1 is the generic per-kg estimate. Level 2 records rely on measured BoM data and are auditable.

Estimated embodied carbon avoided (per model)
Indicative carbon that could be avoided by retaining or remanufacturing each model, based on its most recent human-verified triage. Treat as an early estimate — replaced by the measured Level 2 figures above once a detailed bill of materials is captured.

How close AI estimates come to measured values
For fittings that have both an AI estimate and a human measurement on file, we track the gap between the two so you can see how much to trust the AI figure.

Compares the AI-derived carbon estimate on each triage row with the fitting’s TM65 Level 2 measured embodied carbon, where both are present. The human-measured figure remains authoritative wherever it exists — this table is a calibration view only.
The human measurement always wins where both exist. This table just monitors how closely the AI estimate is tracking that measurement over time.
